No Refund Policy: Due to the high level of commitment from our team and the tailored nature of the Premium Pass service, we cannot offer monetary refunds. However, in the event of a failure, you’ll receive a free retry for another challenge, ensuring you don’t lose your opportunity for funding. Please note that the retry is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract.
